A Diesel Dodge Dakota that set the world record for fastest pickup truck at 222.139 mph. Not only is it street legal, it drove to the salt flats towing a trailer, and then set the record.
Here is the website: http://www.bankspower.com/sidewinder.cfm
Here is a comparison to the Ferrari Enzo: http://www.bankspower.com/Sidewinder-vs-Enzo.cfm
Dakota wins: horsepower, torque and top speed, and it still gets 21.2 mpg
It uses a cummins 5.9 L diesel engine (same one that is in the ram) with a lot of modifications (like ice water intercoolers) and has 735 hp and 1300 ft-lbs of torque. Pretty cool truck I say.

Look at the redline! 4000 rpm lang! hehehe still beats the Enzo! You just gotta love the VG turbos. Kakainis mitsu dito hindi ilabas yung VG turbo ng 4d56! Good for an additional 14 hp.

I'm sure the enzo can go 250mph, maybe even higher if Ferrari wanted it to, but they decided to emphasize more on handling.
That Dodge, give it a streamliner body and it should crack 300mph.
Sealion 6 would be the practical choice for most people ... an entry into EV world if you don't...
