I went to the car show last night in mega mall. Pagkalabas ko ng parking, pumutok yung freon ko. Anong cause nun?

October 3rd, 2004 12:26 PM #4what were you driving ?
Might be there was already a weak area in the hoses, condenser and the receiver drier is already clogged so the strong pressure of the aircon freon just poped

it happened sa may paakyat ng Julia Vargas, syempre pataas yun, I have to combine handbrake and gas, kakaayos lang ng aircon nun last thursday kasi nawalan ng lamig, we got the car friday. My car is a 1990 Corolla 1.6GL. Basta i heard a bursting sound tapos umusok.

ah... they didn't fasten your hoses well enough, likely...
LOL, nangyari din sa akin yan dati... was having AC work done on my Sentra, and we couldn't finish the conversion, so we left the hoses off... after leaving the shop, I was driving down Buendia when suddenly white smoke started billowing out from under my hood? The disconnected compressor was spewing lots of oil onto the headers, creating clouds of smoke... a cool effect, but irritating nonetheless.
BTW, what did you have done to your AC at the shop?

the ac lost its coolness. Basta nagloloko na sya. Well, its been what, 8 years since last na pinalagyan ng freon yung car ko.

Baka nga lang mali ang pagbalik ng hose... where's the old corolla now?
