May 8th, 2007 03:39 PM #1Gud pm,
Newbie po ako sa kotse, 2 months pa lang ako nagda-drive.
I bought a 91 corolla xl para praktisan, so far ok naman.
I will be having the oil changed by next month, plan ko pa overall
check-up na rin since di ko alam kung may mga problema na, baka lumaki pa.
Yun bang tune-up is synonymous to check-up na rin?
Saan ok mag-pa service nito? ok kaya sa mga gas station?
I'm near Pasig Kapitolyo by the way.
May mga package ba na Change Oil + Checkup/Tuneup + Etc. + Food?
Magkano kaya aabutin? Buong araw ba ito?
Thanks.

Pasig Kapitolyo?
Medyo malapit ka na kayla Speedyfix... sa may Shaw sila (in front of Red Ribbon).
Change oil is an hour or so only. Depends though on what other maintenance needs to be done on your vehicle.

If tune up / change oil lang go to servitek or shell gas stations. Okay kena speedyfix basta don't go for their Synthethic oil kasi medyo old na yung engine mo po baka magkaleak ka lang..

May 10th, 2007 09:44 AM #9you can bring your own oil. Its what I do. They use Castrol and Motul oils. Just contact speedyfix for prices. Look the thread "directions to speedyfix" or something like it. His tel no on his sig.

+20 kay speedyfix. Dun ako lagi nagpapachange oil, I take their Motul package, 4 liters of oil, filter and labor 2100 lang yata last time I checked.
Ok lang kahit mag fully synthetic ka bro. Pag nagleak yung engine mo, hindi yun dahil sa engine or sa oil, it's because your oil seals are busted and grime is the only thing that prevents leaking. Mabuti nga yun para makita mo kung kailangan mo na palitan ang oil seals.
It's about 1 cm longer than the 3SM and about 4 cm longer than the DIN74. And it's also in the 10k...
Cheaper brands than Motolite but reliable as well
