As far as I know, the more recent models of the XTrail has no Tokyo Edition. It was the previous generation (circa 2007) that has the Tokyo Edition models. If in case it is the newer generation, then 500k is a very good deal. I have seen some 2013-2014 Forester 2.0L NA models being sold for 550k. CUVs have low resale value.
In terms of fuel consumption, expect CUVs with 2.0L or 2.5L 4-cylinder engines to do around 6-7 km/L on city driving and 10-12 km/L on the highway.

Aside from FC, what are the lookouts sa model nato? Medyo tempting yung price e and FC might be offset by the lower acquisition price (over a 5yr or 7yr period). But parts and usual na sakit ng model is another thing I have to be mindful of

We have the pre facelift 4x4. 80tkm+ on it. Aside from the usual spark plugs, brake pads and filters I've only had to replace the front arms and recently the shocks. Bushes were only available overseas and I was in a hurry.
I'd wait for the next gen. The current model is long in the tooth and competitors have clearly stepped up.
If I had to buy a new crossover now I'd take a look at the CR-V, Forester, CX-5 and the Rav4.
Otoh, the 2nd gen mu-x slightly looks like a mazda up front and some interior bits as well but oto...
