April 27th, 2020 05:24 PM #13yup.. but mostly interference ang engines natin.. that is why when an engine fitted with a timing belt suddenly dies, check the belt first before restarting.. if you force it to restart then say goodbye to your engine if the timing belt snapped.

April 27th, 2020 06:53 PM #16yun na nga.
ano na kaya si post-er?
naluwagan na kaya niya yung distributor at na-paikot na niya yung distributor?
the procedure is in youtube.
pag ayaw gumalaw o mahatak, spray liberally with wd40 and pukpok mildly.
we used to paint the crankshaft pulley marks with typewriter corrector fluid, for live timing adjustment using xenon timing light. the neon timing light is simply too dark.Last edited by dr. d; April 27th, 2020 at 07:06 PM.

May 14th, 2020 11:08 AM #17sir, hindi ko pa natanggal ang rotor. Im afraid that it might be broken, sarado pa naman mga auto shop ngayon due to ECQ. I badly need the car now wla kasi public transpo. Anyway, I will take the advise of spraying wd40 baka luluwag.
Thank you so much for your suggestions mga masters, it will help a lot!

May 14th, 2020 12:41 PM #19Some rotors are locked by a tiny beveled screw. If stubborn still, some heating using a torch and a reasonable whack of a mallet should loosen the rust.
