i prefer soft99... made in japan eto..
mas matagal bago mawala yung wax.. even after many car wash...
andiyan padin yung wax.. and.. maganda eto sa ulan..
after umulan.. buhusan mo lang ng water.. matatangal mga dumi..

A number of fellows who posted their problems at Issues of the Montero sport thread had that problem (like easyman). They had it fixed at the dealership. engine mount ata yan or something. You definitely should have it fixed right away.

Guys ask ko lang.. san ba mganda shop mag pa detail? advisable na ba na ipa detail yung 3 week old Monty ko?

*aldrich, pls describe exactly and more specifically what you feel when you hit holes? You might mean it differently from some of us? For example, bilstein shocks are stiffer than stock shocks. Its meant to give a smoother ride. Stock shocks feel soft, and you feel like your fall into every bump in the road.

want ko sana mas smooth ang ride.. yung tuwing mahulog ako sa hump..
hindi yung ramdam na ramdam mo.. yung parang sa starex and alterra..
anu po suggestion niyo?? and how much magagastos ko??

Share ko lang my experience. My Montero was disabled by my Rottweiler. Apparently, the brake hose of the montero is exposed. Rear Left side. You should see that hose. The dog chewed the mudguard and the Brake hose. This drained the brake fluid. When you start the Montero there is an alarm in the dashboard instrument panel and when you step on the brake, you have to depress it very deep. I had to drive to the casa very slowly using my handbrake even after refilling the break fluid as there is very little grip on the brakes. Is there a way to protect this exposed hose? There is a way. Change the standard rubber brake hoses to aftermarket steel braided ones. But i dont think it can still withstand your rottweiler's teeth.

Or fabricate a cover that while hide the brake hose.

Lahat naman ng kotse ganyan. IMO. Brake hose is exposed. Rubber is there to provide flexibility for the suspension movement.

Thanks for the Info benchph1. Still badtrip regarding the incident. It seems the brake hose is not a common part that they stock. The montero will be stuck in the casa for a few days until they get the order for the replacement hose. Ill post how much it cost me when I get billed.
