I once owned a GSR with minor modifications only and I would say that it is still worth buying if you are a hands-on owner in terms of maintenance. Sa engine, mabagal talaga compared sa 1600 ng toyota at honda pero matibay makina ng GSR. Sa pang ilalim, madami kalampag at maaaddress mo lang yun kung hands on ka nga at madetalye.
Sa porma ka babawi. IMO, it is the best looking 2 door in its class at yun ang dahilan kaya napabili ako dati. Yung upuan sa likod ay good only for kids. Pero kung overall performance, I would get a honda hatch.
Pasyalan mo mitsulancerph para makita mo mga astig na GSR dun.

NO. Its even worse than the saloon version cause you get 2 less doors but the same crappy engine and transmission and crappy suspension. Take it fro me I used to own the 4 door and its a total piece of crap! That car made me hate Mitsubishi a lot...

February 4th, 2011 09:53 AM #5aaah.. thanks sir emms for the input.. actually, im planning to buy my first car (but 2nd hand only). i have post a thead regarding the comparison of gsr and hatch, on w/c car to go.. so far only one has replied.. hehe
im choosing between these 2.. or are there any much better 2nd hand cars than those 2.. my budget is 200k max already.. tnx!

Could also be due to the high demand that the manufacturer prioritized new car deliveries vs. spare...
