Just curious why mitsubishi abandoned the a/t tranny for the adventure, it seems like a best match for the avanza a/t too.
Can somebody give me an insight please:
1. Last year/model the adventure matic was sold?
2. Was all matic versions all gas? Or it has diesels too?
3. Does the matic version have issues?
4. I am not expecting a good fuel consumption since its a/t, but what would be the rough estimate?
5. Engine displacement and model/history?
6. Any other specs missed?
7. Tranny maintenance?
I think the resale value of 2005 super sport is at the range of 380 to 400k, I think thats not bad after all.
What do you think?

September 11th, 2011 07:31 AM #2Hi there the adventure was released in 1997 with a 2.5 diesel and 2.0 gas model . it started with the GL and GLS MODEL. Later on the sports model was released and so to with super sport and grand sport these model got the 2.0 gas a/t variant. Because of high gas fuel prices and low sales volumn the a/t model was dropped. And even the gas model was eventually dropped in favor of the fuzion.
