After over 4 months with the Xpander, I'm still happy with everything except for fuel economy.

I thought it would fare better in Manila traffic compared to crossovers and bigger cars but it just goes 6km/l in Manila, comparable to my brother's Subaru XV and my other brother's old Camry. My Strada did better at 8km/l. Everything else is great though. Would consider getting another to replace another aging car but Autodeal says the price increased by over 100k. Crazy.

if fuel consumption is a concern, ertiga 1.5 is a little better with its lighter overall weight.

For a 1.5L engine and a heavy body, you need to rev it to get decent power, peak torque is at 4000rpm..that why the lackluster FC, kung hiway cruiser..no issues yan..

i have my lancer 1993 EL
pero my problema ako tungkol sa oil leak .
una nilagyan nila ng seal yung bilog sa ilalim ng engine tapos ngayon lalong lumakas yung oil leak sabi nmn nila sa transmission na daw po ang lalagyan nila ng seal tama po ba yun o kailangan ko na syang palitan ng makina . sobrang low budget mga sir .sana matulungan nyo ko

Usually oil seal or gasket lang talaga ang pinapalitan pag may mga oil leak... pero if yung leak is parang tagas na baka may serious issue yan sir... You can identify if transmission ba siya or hindi by tracing where the oil leak came from...

it's usually just an oil seal or a gasket.
but replacing it can get tedious.
it's probably another example of the cost of labor being much more than the cost of the part to be replaced.
