I checked out the Xpander at the showroom yesterday for the 2nd time. I'm liking it more and more, and may put in a reservation for the GLS (990k?). That's almost 300k less than my other option which is Honda HR-V. The advantages of the Xpander are more seats and better fuel consumption, of course sacrificing power.

Believe it or not, the Xpander's driver's seat feels more spacious than the Montero's (top photo is Xpander, while bottom is Montero). It does not feel compact at all.

    My remaining issues are:

    1. How is overtaking?
    2. Does it look small/baduy/supot? LOL. I can't really say yet because while it looks great at the showroom, I've only seen 1 unit on the road very briefly.
    3. How many months before they actually release the order?

For a few thousands more(monthly payments) the Innova E diesel AT is more practical...

Here's a video of an Xpander in Makati. Definitely looks *kinda* small, but otherwise pogi talaga.

Wow, That is so impressive. Parang Kasing taas lang rin ng Toyota Rush (Both Xpander and Rush is significantly bigger than Avanza, Ertiga and Mobilio). It reminds me of Baby Fuzion

Hindi ba masyanding aggressive or angry looking yung front? Mas maganda ata ang exterior ng rush

    Rush

    Rush
No it's not. Yung likod ng Xpander ang mukhang angry looking LOL. But i really liked it. The Front of Xpander looks like a regular Sedan for me. Ang pag ka red ng Xpander is slightly redder (Between a Dark Red Apple and Cherry) while the rush is completely dark red. In terms of Exterior maybe it's a draw. Front (Rush Wins) Back (Xpander Wins) Side (Completely Draw)

That variant doesn't even have push start ignition though, and it's a bit long for my liking. After driving a pickup for 7 years, I want something that's easy to park anywhere. These newer and cheaper models are coming out with competitive features (push start, great touch screens, chargers, etc), but some of these auto makers can't even put the same features in their much more expensive models.

upgrade to an android head unit with 4 eye reversing sensors and an hd reversing camera.

its still long, youre right. but diesel fuel os so much cheaper if you do over 1500km monthly...

Ako na lang ba hindi nabibigyan ng unit dito? haha..
Agents are pushing me around for avoiding the D.I and insisting on the GoPro (in case of dealer change).

Even if I reserved last April, I will wait for a new queue because IN HOUSE is not an option for me.

Already reported to MMPC but nothing happens.
