anyone here already installed a turbo timer? i'm thinking of getting one and having it installed during its 5k pms. you guys think it's worth it?

btw, if the strada and the monty share the same engine, have there any been reported cases of strada unintended acceleration cases?

and lastly, has anyone here bought those retractable cargo/tonneau cover thingies? where is it/to what is it anchored on?

Student pa lang po ako! Hehehe. Graduating student. Uhm, totoo ba yung issues about the Monty na yung unintended acceleration? I mean, even mag break na sila lalong nag a accelerate sya and lalong nag re-rev up. Is this really true? Medyo bothered ako when I read the posts of other monty owners regarding this matter. Nakakatakot lang. Hehehe. Thanks ulit mga sir!

I think montero is more practical. in a sense of 7 seater, covered ang likod pag may ilalagay. mas madali umatras. tsaka mas may porma for me. pero strada na if it will be use to haul things.

FYI. kung strada tapos lalagyan ng cover sa likod i think mas mahal yan kaysa montero non-vgt

don't bother about sudden acceleration, there's no truth about it.

the truth is the driver unintendedly and suddenly stepped on the accelerator instead of the brake

strada (or any pick up) ?? only if you're into construction, gardening or furniture... heh heh. pick-ups are longer vehicles and require more space to maneuver.. and can pose problems in heavy rain.. (poorer rear visibility, leaks).
my 82 centavos' worth..

besides, most xx chromosomes prefer montys over pick ups..

sino na naka experience ng fan noise sa may airbag passenger side. kasi naka recirculate ako tapos nilipat ko sa fresh air mode. tapos yun umingay na parang may tumatalsik talsik na paper sa luob tapos ngaun parang tumatama sa fan. wala mana siya pag nakapatay yung AC. Ano kaya pwede gawin dito?

all monty models kasi wala nun, option mo kung maglalagay ka o hindi. located siya before ng fan/blower sa may ilalim ng passenger air bag. kung nakapaginstall ka siguro, hindi didiretso yung particle pumasok ngayon sa oto ninyo

baka leaf yan na pumasok sa inlet grill ng monty mo na di mo namalayan. you might have parked your monty under a tree. you switched your ac mode to fresh air and the fan blower sucked the leaf thus generating the noise. consider having it checked sa casa.
