Saan mo ba ito gagamitin? Pag purely pang pamilya, get the Monty, pero kung gagamitin mo ito for hauling then get the Strada. Both have the same engine which is the 4D56, so sa fuel efficiency,basically pareho lang ito. Fuel efficiency depends on your driving habit, type of fuel, vehicle load, driving conditions i.e. traffic, highway driven, type of terrain and proper tire inflation.

well i think depende sa paggagamitan mo ng sasakyan yan sir both have the same engine which for me they are both have good FC:goodluck:

Student pa lang po ako! Hehehe. Graduating student. Uhm, totoo ba yung issues about the Monty na yung unintended acceleration? I mean, even mag break na sila lalong nag a accelerate sya and lalong nag re-rev up. Is this really true? Medyo bothered ako when I read the posts of other monty owners regarding this matter. Nakakatakot lang. Hehehe. Thanks ulit mga sir!

*EdwardoM Nice grad gift ang montero. My parents gave me a MS GTV last Oct, as well. Since then, wala naman akong na-experience na sudden acceleration, as other people claimed it. Although, nilagyan na ng hook ung matting para sa assurance na di papasok o di na makasagabal ung matting sa ilalim ng accel pedal. May instant naman na nagaccelerate ung monty ko dahil na apakan ko ung accel pedal instead of the brake pedal sa parking area. Luckily, naalalayan agad ng brakes. HTH.

Mayroon pong sudden uninteneded acceleration kaso human error talaga kasi gusto huminto imbes na brake pedal ang tapakan gas pedal natatapakan

Strada is a bit more fuel efficient than the Montero even though they use the same engine since it has a lighter gross vehicle weight. But deciding which of the 2 you want to buy, these are my questions:

1. Will your family use it also?
2. Are you going to haul stuff?
3. Are you going to use it for barkada trips?
4. Are 5 seats enough for you or do you need extra 2 seats at the 3rd row?

It all boils down to your preference. HTH.
