Thinking that i hope i made the right decision on some cash flow movements this morning (work related). Been trying to lock in on some mid term borrowings while the rates are good but going short term with the banks has been giving some really good rates that are hard to resist (although i'm risking a mismatch on my payment sources... but heck, i can always roll). :D

If I have P1M free cash, would it be good to pre-terminate all loans (housing and car) or put it in a short term investment? Or make a downpayment for a new car! Pareng Uls, your thoughts?

thinking if Im gonna accept Job offer which is 3times my current salary... but not a rotation basis. Its really hard for me to decide between money and relaxation
