November 30th, 2015 12:07 AM #1i think it's common sense to think that weapons aren't allowed, but i'll ask anyways: pwede ba ipadala via balikbayan box yung pocket knife?
Would the size of the blade matter? How about a kitchen knife?

Yes. We've had kitchen knives sent through balikbayan box. I don't think pocket knives would be an issue.
This is from the US through sea freight.

hehehe!
samurai - tao. yung warrior class sa japan nung panahon ng mga shogun.
katana - bagay. yung sword na gamit ng isang samurai.
pwede swords and cutlery basta sea freight kasi di masyado strict pag sea freight. pag air cargo mas stringent ang x-ray inspection process. some people were even able to send firearms by sea freight balikbayan boxes. kinakalas yung baril tapos nilalagay sa tool box kasama ng tools.
