Go with the flow of traffic.
Too fast or too slow makes you the 'dangerous' one.
Don't be reckless also. No sudden maneuvers which can catch other drivers off-guard.

Agree ako dyan. If your primary concern is safety, don't go more than 10-20 km/h faster or slower than the other traffic.
1. EDSA - if you're going 60 km/h or less, stay to the right. Top speed will depend on conditions, but legally, you shouldn't exceed 100 km/h. In traffic, just go with the flow.
2. Quirino highway
3. NLEX - legally, 100 km/h. But safely? In free-flowing conditions, as fast as your vehicle and sightlines permits... (e.g.: If you can't see what's coming up, slow the HELL DOWN!) ...but in traffic or around trucks, try to stick to 100 km/h and below.
...don't go below 60 km/h, as this is dangerous on such a fast road. If, for safety reasons, you must drive slower (flat, or empty gas tank), stick to the shoulder and turn on your emergency blinkers.
4. blumentritt - can you actually go over 20 km/h here?Last edited by niky; September 4th, 2006 at 03:50 PM.

tama advise ni doc otep...go with the flow.
kung masyado mabilis takbo ng trapik, stick to below 60kph, but make sure nasa right lane ka lagi. kung sa EDSA, left lane naman at siguradong aararuhin ka ng mga hinayupak na bus sa right lane. if you can avoid EDSA at all cost, do so. dahil driver's nightmare magmaneho sa EDSA.
