No covered parking lot or gardens but it was nice that time. Take note though that this was over 10-15 years ago since i last step foot in that place. It was constructed in the late 1980s so expect these to be needing renovation. You can try and google some old ads from sulit.

i think MMDA posted a photo before of the fault line. hindi ko lang mahanap ngayon.
as for Champagne condo, i use to go there when i studied at UA&P before. old condo na siya but generally ok pa naman yung mga units. it might need renovation nga lang to make it more modern looking.
mahirap din pala parking dito for guests. may nagt-tow kahit saturday ng gabi.
