Yup. I wonder why they had to add sucralose

Mexican coke is supposed to taste the best daw because it uses cane sugar. I bought this in the US and it's more expensive than US coke nga

I do think coke in bottle tastes the best hehe

This is what I buy. Flavored soda water with no sugar.

Yan ang dapat matutunan dito sa pinas to read ingredients from time to time. Kasi nagbabago yan eh ako malakas panlasa.

Kasi madudugas processed food industry dito. Maghanap kayo local na delata na walang soy protein, texturized vegetable protein. Ganyan kagulang dito bulok mga corned beef. Meron pwede na the likes of purefoods and delimondo but they use monosodium glutamate and iodized salt. So deadma ako chuppeee.

The number1 conrned beef sa pinas eh hereford laging ubos sa supermarket. Yung palm eh overrated kasi the choice of sosy kaya minamalas.

Speaking of salt eh meron na ulti ako nabibillhan sa supermarket REAL ROCK SALT NO IODINE,. Kita nyo swerte talaga ako ngayon pandemic.

Way back ko pa inookray HFCS, artificial sweetener ayun walang future puro buy1take1 sa supermarket kasi hinid masarap eh. Im the only one here in tsikot!!!!!

Ibanned artificial sweetner HFCS.

Why you all hating sugah. Have some life tsikoteers.

Remember, sugar aids in digestion. The key is food combining trial & error.

Nagbabasa naman talaga ako ng ingredients pero I don't do it sa lahat ng food. Si fat lab bawal sa bromate kaya I read ingredients ng bread, but now she totally can't eat any starch na. I used to watch bobby paminta at nagulat ako you also watch him, mukhang pareho kami ng Costco na pinupuntahan

May rocksalt naman dito pero wala yung malalaking butil like my Dad used to buy in the province and we stock it sa banga

Anyway we use rock salt to clean fish but for cooking we use kosher

But hind maganda imported salts masyado malaki australian salt parang tawas ang tagal matunaw.

Iba pa din asin ng pinas. Ewan ko baka dahil tropical country kaya top notch.

yan binili ko the best for dry rubbing meat tapos lagay ko freezer 48hours. Sarap pag pinirito sa pure sesame oil as in pure ah yung wala mixture ng soya.

Kita nyo tsikoteers how I roll.
