while reading some sports news, i stumbled upon this monster pig killed by an 11 year old. the sports writer made this the play of the day. searched the net and found the ff links.

is this true? it is larger than hogzilla which was featured in nat geo.

hanep hog pa ba yan, mukhang may lahi atang dinosaur yan and ang tapang nung batang 11 year old, to kill a hog that size,wow,kahit sino tanungin mo pag nakita yan malamang tumakbo ang initial reaction, eh.

What's even more amazing is the gun he used... S&W .50 caliber revolver... he fired nine shots in all... eight of them before the pig ran off, and one to finish it off. I'm surprised he didn't sprain his wrists...

That gun is humongous... was looking at it in the gun store, but I don't have the cash for it... it costs over 100k pesos here... and the bullets are 50 pesos each! For dumdums!

its not pure wild boar. maybe crossed with other domesticated breed. (hampshire, duroc or may largewhite.) IMHO
