Hot off the press...Don Mariano Bus LTFRB franchise has been revoked and their buses may not travel. They are being ordered to turn over all 78 plate numbers and the plates will be destroyed. Unfortunately, the decision is not final and executory. And using the bulok justice system, the bus company can appeal their case to LTFRB, then DOTC, the Court of Appeal and then Supreme Court. I wonder if anyone will be around to see the final decision...ZZZzzz. Also the owner of Don Mariano has other bus franchises, wouldn't be suprised to see their buses back on the road under another name soon...Ang tuwid na daan.
