    8k/mo, no parking space, up and down with lanai... approx 80sqmtr FA i think, 2br... 2 mins away from Sta.Lucia/Robinsons, 10min to Ortigas...

    old apartment namin is 12.5K a month.. old but well maintained yung apartment, yearly pinipinturahan.... approx 80 sqm. may sariling gate.. 3 apartment na magkakadikit yun.. may parking.. dining / living room / laundry area / toilet bath sa baba.. 2 big bedrooms sa taas.. near St. Benilde / La Salle Taft..

    P9700/mo 2 br condo type apartment. 1 t&b, in front of Robinsons Pioneer, Mandaluyong. super accessible to buses, mrt, etc.. price includes one parking slot. big rooms. but old apartment. ganda lang location.
