Mga mods, paki close na lang tong thread na to kung may similar thread na. Thanks.
Sa akin, 350-360km purely city driving lang sa full tank nung lancer ko. (Bahay-Office-Bahay on weekdays. Bahay-pasyal on weekends). Yung full tank na yun 2 weeks tumatagal. Kaya every payday, fulltank ako.
Almost sagad to the last drop yun, pero hindi ko na hinihintay umilaw yung warning bago ako magkarga ulit.Last edited by red07; September 14th, 2007 at 12:00 PM. Reason: additional info

Friday evening last week, I gassed up with 38.8 liters of unleaded fuel (full tank). Fuel tank capacity is 45 liters. The low fuel is already lit up when I parked at the gas station. The trip meter now reads 450Km+ and I still have 1/8 tank to go. It is possible to reach 500+ Km per tank, but I would no risk running out of fuel while on the road. Will have my tank filled up tonight.
Mixed city and hiway driving, 12+ Km per liter.

Average of 300 kms. per tank. Masuwerte na kung aabot ng 350. 2.2 liter gasoline engine, aircon on, all the time. Usually kami lang ng wife ko ang naksakay

September 13th, 2007 03:00 PM #6A full tank for me is between 45 and 50 liters - good for less than 300kms.

55 liter tank... usually fill up when there's 5 liters left.
I can get over 600 km per 50 liters in provincial driving on the NLEX, but on my typically bad commutes, SLEX-C5-EDSA, Laguna to Cubao and back, I often get 430 - 450 kms per 50. I managed 500 before (when the car was stock), but I couldn't stand being so polite for so many days...
Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

Around 400kms or slightly above on a full tank.
That's around 45-49 liters of fuel when filling up when the "almost empty" indicator is lit up.
8km/L for a 2.0L SUV w/ full-time AWD.
Not bad actually, considering how aggressive I drive.

The farthest I've gotten was around 500 miles on a single tank. That's roughly 800km. Part of the journey was also with family, a trunkful of stuff, and an average speed of around 70mph (112kph). Going to our destination was around 3 or 4 hours long, we took breaks. I hated the fact that part of the journey was through a town but it was still an interstate so puro traffic lights and we had to slow down. From there we headed back with a half tank, never needed to refuel until we got home at around 420 miles already. Then I still did not fill up to see how far I could go. I brought bottles of Diesel Kleen so in case I run out just pour it in and prime the pump (diesel), off I go ulet. Napaabot ko ng 500, I think that was 18 gallons so pumapatak mga 28MPG. Not bad for a 24 year old diesel huh?
I'm currently nearing 400 miles on mine. We'll see how far this tank goes.I average 400 miles, by the way; at that mark I'm pretty sure I still have lots of room to spare.
It also helps my fuel tank is 21.1 gallons (80L)Last edited by mbeige; September 13th, 2007 at 04:27 PM.
One can only hope.
Cheaper brands than Motolite but reliable as well
