    Where can someone find a child to be adopted. What's the proper procedure / process in adopting a child. need some info mga sirs, boss, thanks.....

    I remember this subject being featured sa show ni Jessica Soho.

    Legal adoption (thru legal channels) means you have to go thru DSWD (Department of Social Welfare and Development).

    DSWD will evaluate your capacity to support a child and meron pang ibang evaluations.
