Just tell the police that you feared for your life because of the presence of an intruder inside your house and, despite demanding that the intruder identify himself, he failed to do so.

Yun nga yung issue, how can you prove that kung nakahilata sya sa kalye, he could very well be just walking and may nangtrip at binaril sya... Remember, mahirap laban ang salita sa prueba...

Unless navideo mo na umaakyat sya sa bakod mo tapos binanatan mo hehe.

kung nabaril mo ata at nasa loob pa ng property mo eh pede nga attempted robbery yun..otherwise kung sa labas mo ng porperty nabaril mahirap ma explain pa yun.

Nakakatakot yan! Surely it's akyat bahay. Maybe he heard you coming out as he was "peeping". And maybe he didnt know what to do..so he told himself to stand still n stay calm. Mabuti naman you were all ok and nothing happened. I agree, get the scariest and the most aggressive looking dog and leave him on your terrace. Rotweiler =) or even Askal! Like mine. as long as they bark when ppl are around, they will deter anyone from doing the same thing again.
