TV Patrol, Mayo 18, 2011, Miyerkules

Watched this yesterday. The Jail Warden claimed he warned Leviste not to leave w/o a permit. What is shocking is the warden's inaction, not even informing his superiors or the courts of Leviste's sojourns. Magkano...est ano ang kapalit dyan?

Saw the interview with BuCor Chief Diokno and Noli De Castro. Diokno should be summarily dismissed since he basically admitted he knew that Tony Leviste would go in and out of the Bilibid Prison. He couldn't answer straight when asked if this was covered by an emergency pass or if his visit to his "dentist" was covered by a court order. Clearly, he was caught with his pants down.
Since the BuCor is under the Dept. of Justice, Sec. De Lima should waste no time in kicking him out of the bureau --- along with the warden and jail guards who permitted Leviste to leave jail.
