April 17th, 2008 12:33 PM #1Wasn't sure if this was to be placed in the Health thread but what do you think should be done with the doctors involved in this?

April 17th, 2008 12:58 PM #2i guess there is a law about this one. privacy is definitely violated. nakakatakot talaga maski sa hospital no or kahit san. sa sobrang hi-tech na ng mundo natin, nagagawa na nito paliitin at nawawala na rin ang privacy ng ibang tao.
kawawa naman yung tao.

Grabeh naman, lahat kasuhan yung doctors, nurses, interns saka kung sino pang present on that room. I think the hospital and school are not held responsible here since it was an individual misconduct.

Altho I am not one to defend what has been done (I find it disgusting that the confidentiality of the patient has been violated), it was probably one of the more unique cases they may have handled in several months kaya curious din yung iba kaya napatingin siguro. . .

Geez, what the hospital staff did was stupid, but the alleged victim is more stupid for being kinky. Kalokohan lang na hindi niya alam kung ano yung ipinasok sa puwet niya.
IMO, they deserve each other.
