incidentally, the Philippines' tallest (PBCom building) at Ayala and this Dubai structure were designed by the same A&E firm based in the U.S.

Isa lang masasabi ko, pangit yung facilities ng PBCOM (except maybe the parking). The lobby both front and rear (especially the rear) is so cramped! The elevators take forever, the restrooms are also cramped and low-tech. Wala siyang sinabi sa Philam Tower, Enterprise Center, etc.

agree with you. dito ako nagooffice sa pbcom.
1. foodcourt sucks (walang masyadong pagpipilian, dark ang atmosphere) we never eat here (except pag umuulan at di talaga makalabas). dumadayo pa kami sa ibang lugar
2. elevators take forever and are rattly (at pag nagbukas, sabay-sabay pa so naiipon lagi tao sa lobby)
3. only one door is used so lobby entrance (open the other one for exiting people, hindi naman siguro kailangan pa ng security guard to inspect people going out or open the doors for them)
4. building decoration/aesthetics is just so-so
5. bumabaha yung basement parking
