incidentally, the Philippines' tallest (PBCom building) at Ayala and this Dubai structure were designed by the same A&E firm based in the U.S.

Isa lang masasabi ko, pangit yung facilities ng PBCOM (except maybe the parking). The lobby both front and rear (especially the rear) is so cramped! The elevators take forever, the restrooms are also cramped and low-tech. Wala siyang sinabi sa Philam Tower, Enterprise Center, etc.
