What movie did you watch recently? When & where?

Beauty and the Beast at home.

All I can think of is Gaston = Du30.

✔ Full of machismo
✔ Suddenly changes statements when faced with facts
✔ Feeds on people's fears to make him the only option for survival

The musical pieces were so beautifully illustrated. I felt like I was in Disneyland again while watching.

Couldn't shake off Hermione as Belle. Too much in common. I understand why Emma Watson has an attachment to Belle's character.

Apat lang ang choice ng cinemas theaters. Bago ang mga pasilidad kaya malinis at mabango dahil bago ang Ayala-owned Mall na ito.

FYI:
UP Town Center = Ayala; located in Katipunan Ave., QC.
Uptown Mall = Megaworld (Andrew Tan's company); located inside BGC Complex

marami pa rin ang nalilito sa Uptown Mall at UP Town Center. hehe. the former, when I last visited this mall last March, kakaunti pa lang ang bukas na shops and is too small.

back to topic: last movie watched - Despicable Me 3. may mga laughter moments sa movie na ito...but as expected, at least in animated films, bitin yung movie.

Same story but Ridley Scott's "Exodus: Gods and Kings" was boring compared to Cecil B. DeMille's "The Ten Commandments."

- God is a small boy. What? In the 1956 movie, God is seen as a pillar of fire.

- No Charlton Heston, no Yul Brynner and no Edward G. Robinson.

- Muted colors. No Technicolor.
