yeah pero siyempre within the range pa rin, hindi ka naman titingin sa lugar na half lang ng budget mo, saka he said he really wanted to buy the lot pero marami sila so I guess he didn't get it. And I suppose brokers won't waste their time sa hindi naman talaga kaya bumili.
EDIT: I checked his vlog at may nabili na siya ibang bahay sa las pinas, iba daw nakabili ng lot na gusto niya pero he still wants to buy a lot in Westgrove. WOw, daming pera talaga!!! This guy is only in his 20s

Lol from westgrove to Las Piñas. That's what I'm saying make believe yan mga vloggers, sobrang convenient naman na excuse eh meron na nakabili sa westgrove eh after ko ipagyabang sa vlog ko na bibilhin ko. So dito na lang ako sa LP.
Marami siya supposedly cash lying around eh di kung gusto talaga niya outbid yun mga kalaban or find another property sa westgrove. Don't settle sa LP. [emoji23]
Nothing against sa mga tiga LP ing act tiga diyan sila Villar, one of the richest in the country. but kasi sobrang build up ni cathy yun refugee tapos biglang napunta sa LP.

He never mentioned Westgrove naman, so I guess he still wanted to keep it private, kasi AFAIK mga vloggers ayaw nila malaman village nila para hindi sila ma stalk.
Siguro dahil ever since he moved to PH e Las Pinas na talaga siya nakatira so he wanted a place that's familiar. Like my cousin who grew up in Alabang, he can't afford to buy a house there so when he had a family he moved to a village close enough pero maliit cuts but it's still Ayala. Yun lang naisip ko why the vlogger didn't stick to an Ayala property.
Ang intindi ko nga he still wants to buy a lot in Westgrove (dami pera talaga!) pero nakakataka why he wasn't able to outbid the other buyers. Pero I am sure you know naman na maraming sellers namimili ng buyer, baka ayaw sa kanya?Last edited by _Cathy_; September 28th, 2020 at 09:43 AM.

Parang sira ulo naman yan, kung ako broker ma bwiset ako for wasting my time. Saka bumalik pa nga siya kasi hindi niya nabili lot na gusto niya so nagpahanap pa ulit siya sa broker ng iba. Saka nakabili naman siya ng bahay sa LP na malaki, luma nga lang pero he is spending on the renovation. Ilan 20+ yr old makakabili ng malaking bahay and have the money to renovate it diba. Daming pera ni vlogger
Among my friends (even family) wala naman nakabili ng house and lot in their 20s.

Mga kilala ko na licensed REB hindi sila yung tipo na naghahabol ng buyer, kaya hindi magsasayang oras mga yun. And again, he didn't mention westgrove naman, so hindi naman siya nagyayabang na he is looking to buy into an Ayala property. Pero yung house na binili niya, IMO sablay e. Sana pina demolish na lang niya and build new.
