I just discovered this guy, Niconado Avocado, ha has more than 3 millions followers. He was a previous vegan, then started mukbang videos 6 years ago, he was slim then.

I'm just fascinated, I've been watching Mark Wiens and wondered why is he so slim after food vlogging for years, but I think he mentioned once that he do work outs. And Mark usually eat healthy food rarely fast food and he don't like sweet food.

On the other hand Niconado's videos are mostly mukbang challenge which had large calories of mostly unhealthy food.

There's a vlogging young Russian mom and her family who have decided to join and live in what they call a "Russian village" in rUral samal island, Davao del Norte. I think It's sort of a commune made-up of "slavs" who have basically made a decision to leave Russia because of the effects of the russo-ukraine war and ultimately make a life hear in the country.

Samal island used to be my " backyard" and it's pretty hard to imagine Russian immigrants settling there. Times have really changed.
