I want a world pre social media. I wish it stopped at friendster/myspace/blogs. YouTube when it was just music and movies. I am also happy with messaging apps (viber and whatsapp etc)

ito mga artista at successful influencer ano common sa kanila = all came from class C, E background. The difference now eh pwede ka na all in one wala ng manager. Yan ang power ng smartphone pwede ka na director.

So three things now that fllatten the world = internet, china, smartphone.

meron naman vloggers na sosy but they don't get many followers

how about LinkedIn?

I don't care for Linkedin. I guess it's okay. I refuse to create a LinkedIn account and everyone is telling me I'd have an easier time getting a job if I had one. I find it too invasive. I don't want anyone to google my name and find out the history of my education and work.

so the new owner of twitter , elon musk, is thinking of charging people for those "coveted" blue checks. it looks like he's really going to milk money from his latest acquisition considering his tesla stocks are stagnating of late. ang tsismis is he acquired it basically on an egotistical whim when he proposed an outlandish amount for the company and the owners bit - much to musk's surprise. kung sa tagalog pa, napasubo daw siya

btw, pwede na pala i-monitize ang twitter?

originally ang purpose ng blue check is to tell people the account is authentic

like if you're a famous person like a celeb or politician, anyone can create a fake account using your name

blue check = real account

later on people kinda forgot the purpose of the blue check and saw it as a symbol of prestige

ung feeling superior dahil may blue check

so it's like "if you wanna continue having that blue check pay for it"

so ngayon if you're a blue check account and you pay to continue having the blue check, it will make you look like a narcissist
