I already suspected it was MI nung sinabi na "nadulas sa banyo"

I read that most people feel stomach discomfort before a heart attack. My paternal lolo passed away like that and the patriarch of our neighbor (they called my parents for help when they found him on the bathroom floor)

She is too young for MI though
