    Harrasment straight up !!

:twocents:

I might expect a lot of the suspects getting out soon because of a technicality during their arrest (not read their miranda rights or something like that).

Your Theory makes a whole lot of sense (bro/sis) ... minamadali lahat at masyado binabaraso lahat ang mga taong involved one of these days pag namatayan yang mga mokong na yan sana makaranas din sila ng ganyang harrasment , nalagutan ng hininga yung tao ng walang katabi dahil lahat pilit dinadampot ng mga mokong sa QCPD

Too bad talaga nangyari sa family ni Ted, just can't imagine yung trauma they are going thru right now (namatayan na, na-aresto pa mga relatives/kasambahay plus the brutal treatment)....which leads to the conclusion that those QCPD cops would want to get even with him.

And yes, CHR should step in to look into this issue especially yung mga muwang na househelps...

    RIP to the wife

Kung si ted ang babaril sa asawa, he should have done it before he went to his show. kaya sa napakaiksing oras, malabong makahanap ng time para ma-execute ni ted yun crime kung may krimen nga na nangyari (unless may superspeed ability si ted failon or kaya nya i-freeze ang time). Kahit na .380 cal lang yun ginamit ng wife nya, it is enough to kill in an instant especially kung head shot yun tama. so if we are going to analyze the time na nangyari yun incident, it means na recent lang before nila maisugod ng ospital since umabot pa ng buhay eh! usually head shots dont last at least 30 minutes. so kung si ted ang bumaril, wala na siyang time na linisin pa yun gun powder residue sa kamay nya para pumasa sya sa parafin test.

I have experienced something similar and believe me, lahat ng tao natataranta at natatanga kapag nabigla at nagulat sa mga pangyayari na di nila inaasahan.

    What the PNP has:

    1. The gun used in the shooting and the slug
    2. The body of the victim/suicide
    3. The statements of Ted F. as well as his household narrating what happened prior to, during and after the incident.
    4. Corroborating testimony by Ted F's sister-in-law about the state of mind of the victim prior to the suicide or shooting
    5. The scene of the incident/crime

    What they don't have:

    1. An established motive (if they're treating this as a homicide or parricide) for the shooting
    2. Statements or testimony which tends to disprove or rebut previous statements that Failon's wife tried to commit suicide
    3. Physical evidence which would establish Ted F. as the one who shot his wife (i.e. lack of gunpower burns or residue)

    OBSERVATIONS:

The fact that Ted F's wife got shot or shot herself in the head is pretty much conclusive. Its just that the PNP cannot point to a particular person other than the victim as the shooter if they're treating this as a homicide or parricide investigation.
Much more, if Failon got to the house after the wife was shot, what would the motive of the shooter be if it's anyone from among his household?

the bigger issue now is how the foolish(pulis) are handling the case.
