Mine was installed in casa when I got the unit, I requested for the upgrade to have DVD/GPS/movie player functionality.
All steering wheel functions are working.

After sales service so far is excellent, didn't pay anything for my 1Tkm PMS, will also not pay anything on my 10Tkm/6months PMS.

Personally saw the 2013 CX-9 last Monday in Mazda Greenhills, all i can say is wow! Maganda sya and loaded with safety features like ABS w/ EBD & BAS,Dynamic Stability Control (DCS), Roll Stability Control (RSC), Traction Control Systm (TCS). Looks to be a really good family SUV. Loved the 20" shoes it got too!

The main difference between the 2013 CX9 and previous model is the nose grill, fog lamps, and the tail lamps (actually same shape but different light layout). Interior and engine wise, I did not notice anything significantly changed from the outgoing model.

I would have loved it more if they put SkyActiv into the 2013 model. But it's the same reliable, high-performance (but thirsty) V6 engine.

Overall, great car in my view.

EDIT: One more change, the 2013 CX9 has twin round tailpipes, vs the twin trapezoidal tailpipes. It's a matter of taste, but I personally like the trapezoidal set.

Any 6-cylinder is thirsty by our standards.

Heck, some even complain about the fuel consumption of engines smaller than 2.0L (1.6L or 1.8L). Tapos kung bibigyan mo ng matipid na 1.2L 3-cylinder, sasabihin na underpowered.
