Btw, there's no local shop for the rear wiper? Also, where can I buy the Panasonic battery? Would you also recommend batt from Amaron?

You can replace the rear w/ a similarly sized refill. I've yet to change the rear on the 3. With other cars, I just used refills.
On batts, people have had good & bad reviews on just about any batt brand out there. So far, the Panasonics I've had have lived up to expectations. They are commonly available w/ dealers scattered nationwide. Never tried Amaron, very few carry em in our area....a hassle should there be warranty claims....but have heard people swear by em.
