Mags polishing and refinishing. HELP!!

Hi,
I am looking for a shop that can polish my mags. It is not painted but the metal type with just a clear coat.
It was recently been stored in a damp place for 2 months. Now, there is rust inside the clear coat. I tried using sandpaper to remove the rust but I sanded it to the metal and natanggal na ang clearcoat.
Where can I have this repaired. Most probably have this re-sanded and polished. Tanggalin na yung lumang clear coat and maybe re-coated again.

Thanks. I remember someone recommending a place in Cubao, but I cannot find the thread anymore.

Nobody has ever repaired and refinished their mags here??
