what i noticed when I was upgrading, load rating were specified on some rims, may it be on their stickers or the wheel itself. 15 to 16" rims have around 650kg per wheel I think, it slightly increases when it is 17(might be around 695kg), forgot the 18 and 19" but my 20" rims have 955kg per rim. depende rin sa rim you are getting if it is JWL/VIA/TUV certified. my car is around 2400kg. So ok na to have a 955kg load rating/each wheel for mine.

thanks for the kind words sir. regarding the stock mags, usually our oem rims from toyota are made by enkei and/or rota. these companies follow the via/jwl minimum load requirement. they also made those rims specific for the car itself which is why even if the innova rolling on stock 14s or what not can still accomodate it's weight.

my suggestion though is, upon getting those rims from your bro, you can trade them up in evangelista, banawe or blumentritt. as suggested by sir crave, try to get those from larger vehicles, like the oem rims from the rav4 and camry.
