go for yokohama kung concern mo is price at the same time performance
kung tibay talaga hanap mo go for michellin or bridgestone kaso mahal nga lang..
kung performance naman as in uber kapit na tires go for nitto kaso medyo maingay lang sa road base sa own experience ko sa car ko

I prefer mid range tires. These are the prices available for 195 65 R15 at JIGA Evangelista:
Bridgestone - P3900
Michelin - P4300
Yokohama - P3900
Dunlop - P3600
GT - P3300
Federal - P2700
Newton - P3100
Now I am deciding among Bridgestone, Michelin and Yokohama. They don't carry Toyo and Kumho. May phobia na ko sa cheap tires. I had a tire blow out back in college Gajah Tungcal yung brand.

If I were in your shoes, I'll get Michelin tires if it were in the same price range of yokohama.
Using Dunlop lm series and I have to say it has good grip and fairly quiet. Downside is mabilis mapudpod. Using is it for 2 years and I think it's at 60% na lang.

^^^ Michelin, small price difference only. Softer ride, lasts longer and quieter.

July 6th, 2014 01:58 PM #18under each brand, tire offerings can further be divided into these classes. be sure to check what class you need. i suggest looking at Standard Touring tires.
our previous tires were Yokohama A.drive. now, we are using Dunlop SP Touring T1. i would like to try Bridestone Turanza next time.
Passenger Tires
- Emphasize good wear, a plush ride and predictable handling
- Steering response and handling capability less than Performance or Touring tires
- examples: Bridgestone Ecopia EP20, Dunlop SP10, Goodyear Assurance Fuel Max, Michelin Energy LX4, Toyo Proxes A20, etc.
Performance (Sports) Tires
- Provide mixture of performance and appearance
- Upgraded appearance and performance over Passenger tires
- examples: BFGoodrich Radial T/A, Goodyear Eagle GT II, etc.
High Performance (Sports) Tires / Ultra High Performance (Sports) Tires
- Provide mixture of performance and appearance for sports car and sedan
- Provide very good handling and high-speed capabilities
- examples: (High) Bridgestone Potenza RE92, Dunlop SP Sport 7000 A/S, Michelin Sport A/S 3, Toyo Proxes 4 Plus A, Goodyear Eagle Sport, Kuhmo Ecsta AST, etc.
- examples: (Ultra-High) Bridgestone Potenza RE906AS, Dunlop SP Sport Maxxx, Dunlop SP Sport 5000, Michelin Pilot Sport A/S Plus, Kumho Ecsta ASX, Goodyear Eagle F1, etc.
Standard Touring Tires
- Blend a performance tire's appearance with a passenger tire's smooth, quiet ride
- Provide enhanced handling and treadwear, as well as good noise and ride comfort
- Place more emphasis on ride comfort and threadwear than Grand Touring tires
- examples: Bridgestone Turanza EL42, Dunlop SP Touring T1, Yokohama Avid Touring-S, Kuhmo Solus KR21, etc.
Grand Touring Tires
- Place more emphasis on handling and high-speed capabilities than Standard Touring tires
- examples: Bridgestone Ecopia EP422, Bridgestone Potenza RE97AS, Yokohama BluEarth S34, Goodyear Eagle LS, Michelin Energy MXV4 Plus, Michelin Primacy MXM4, etc.

Based on the canvass, Michelin or Bridgestone would be my personal choices. These two were once F1 suppliers before Pirelli took over at present.
