    You could easily notice by visual inspection.

    Tire wont set properly or you can see the gap on the edge between your rim and tire.

    Tire wont inplate. Sometimes it inplate but it leak the air out very slow.

    Bottom line...do not use if you think your wheel's are busted. Have it check for roundness to a wheel and tire shop.
