arisxtian, jumping salad really hits the spot. nasam-it! excellent archaic ilocano spelling with the eggplant dish! would you believe that in vigan the tamales is called boboto?

the igado had at home sometime before holy week.

the dinakdakan at twinkle's carinderia in candon. the fatty strips of meat were on top. when i dug it after i took the photo, the leaner strips were underneath.

nagado met ta pila ayanti sinanglaoen aya baka no syak ti mabisin ay apo diak lang ammo...hehehe.

mayat sa nga agpayso nga maki kadua nga kanayon kenni diesoline ah...
