Thanks for the replies sirs. Actually okay lang naman sakin yung ~5thou pesos per PMS problema lang kasi every 5k km ang PMS (my previous cars were every 10k lang) kaya mas magastos. Mga 3-4 months lang yung 5k km sakin kasi.

Also one more question, I'm planning on buying 18 inch rims with 265/65r18. Kulang pa ba 60k para dito? I don't plan on trading my stock wheels. Thanks in advance.

Just got home from the MIAS sa world trade center..

I pity the Isuzu booth coz nobody seems to (care) notice that it is there. Dinadaan-daanan lang.. tsk. tsk. tsk..

The engine is okay but maybe it is high time for IPC to consider changing the exterior design and make a major improvement on the cheap-looking plasticky interior.. considering that Isuzu vehicles are not cheap compared to its competitors

I believe showroom units lang. Dealer lang ata nag-display kasi.

OT: I have heard that there will be a Truck Show to be initiated by ISUZU plant. All ISUZU lang display. WTC, April 16-17 (Sat-Sun). 23 ISUZU vehicles daw display.

Chief teekoy, no matter how trivial your observation can be, it's just fair enough hehe ---- Pinoys returning the same treatment that Isuzu does to us Filipinos by not giving us the same best offerings that the company is providing to other countries....

In your case, it's wiser to hold-onto your hard-earned money IN THE MEANTIME before realising it upon owning one Philippine-issue DMax or Alterra that NEITHER one SIZEABLY received any major updates through the years apart from blings/ cosmetics, gizmos and front-grills ....The very basic upgrade isn't there ---- the VGS-equipped engine that has been in existent since 2006, while all its competitors (Toyota Hilux/ Fortuner, Nissan Navara, Mitsubishi Strada/ Montysport, Ford/ Mazda Ranger and BT-50, and we may arguably include Hyundai Santa Fe) unselfishly have done so and continues to do so FOR THE SAME PRICE, give or take, as the DMax and Alterra (PhP1.743M, Alterra Urban Cruiser "Pearl" 4x4 auto-transmission WOW )....

Don't get your hopes too high chief Teekoy; rest assure, there won't be any substantial/ sizeable upgrades on those DMax's....

What you'll be seeing under the hood (DON'T FORGET to ask them to open them up and see for yourself ) is still this 7 year-old obsolete engine hehe....

    Certainly NOT this one:

And none of this DMax iTEQ VGS Turbo quite similar to our neighbouring ASEAN co-member Thailand will be presented in the upcoming truck show....

NONETHELESS, i'm still hoping that i'm 120% wrong about this giving us the indication that FINALLY, the VGS Turbo engine is here to be offered....

kahapon nagcanvass ako ng rims with tires na 18inch na Volk TE37 e abutin daw mga 80k to 85k..Im not that familiar pa kasi sa pricing nun kaya nagcacanvass lang muna ako. nagtanong din ako ng 20inch na TE37, abutin din ng 90k to 95k.
