*sir ANC: hyundai shaw. bought the unit there and all my pms dun din. actually imbento ko lang yung 2 kilala ko na may sirang stab link na pinalitan. at that time dami na kasi nagpost na defective and stablink ng initial batches ng theta 2 kaya i presumed na yun din problema ng tuc ko. good thing marunong yung SA dun. kailangan kasi ang dating nating mga car owners sa casa e aware tayo sa mga issues ng mga sasakyan natin para hindi tayo naloloko. best way to be aware is to read the post here sa tsikot. anyway just call up hyundai shaw service, look for IZA she handles the scheduling. mention my name to her and the SA, nakilala na ako dun sa kakukulit ko. will pm you my name. goodluck sir

btw, they also replaced my trunk cover which won't roll anymore after a few months pa lang. matagal lang hintay pero at least bago na

sir, i also have this problem with my 2 week old 2.0 GLS a/t. Mine smells at around 140 kph.

naayos na ba yung sa inyo? ano kaya ang cause nito?

i just got my tucson gls AT today. i have two concerns.

1. hyundai manila bay forgot to install the dvd package i asked. sinisisi nila hyundai E.rod dahil dun daw main branch nila. and because of their lack of attentiveness, i have to go to E.rod on tuesday to have the installation.

2. front passenger door seems to be faulty. hindi sya smooth closing tulad nung other 3 doors.

tried driving it awhile ago from manila bay to sta.rosa then back to makati. i had a great time driving it. it could have been a great day if not for those two concerns i raised.

with regards to the burning smell, i experienced it too when i hit the 120kph mark. it is also an on-going problem with toyota yaris. i raised it personally with Toyota Motors and had my yaris as their guinea pig because they don't know where it was coming from. unfortunately, they gave me a vain reply. they even replaced an exhaust component but still, no remedies.

i don't know what action hyundai will do, but i hope it is for the best. i got an accute rhinitis because of that smell from my previous yaris.
