Hyundai Elantra 1.8 GLS

1st full tank manual computation 7kms/L - caltex silver
2nd full tank manual computation 8kms/L - shell unleaded

now on my 3rd full tank with shell unleaded.

All stock running on 33psi normal gas station air on tires.
Average speed based on Trip computer 45kms/hour (marami kasing humps sa village)

Purely city driving. Hindi rin matraffic (I live in Davao City)

My FC this month is 14-19 L/100km
Tire pressure is 33 in all tires.
Fuel is Shell V-power
Purely city driving

just checked my records 6kms/L pala yung 1st full tank and 7kms/L yung second.

thanks glenn_duke! pure stop n go traffic po ito? does it matter kung ibang gasoline ang gamit ng elantra, say RON93-95?

Yup stop and go with occasional gigil para makasingit sa traffic. I used regular gasoline before, pero parang bitin at maingay yung makina, kaya I shifted to Shell V-Power and occasionally Petron Blaze. I also noticed I have higher FC up to 19.5 l/100km when using Blaze as compared to V-Power which is around 14-17 l/100 km.

i see, teka parang malakas pala pag pure city driving. hope you could find other routes din para makatipid ng onti.
