IMHO ok lang po. e-vgt naman ang turbo charger ng accent (though I'm not sure about this), pag electronic / ecu controlled ang variable nozzle ng turbo charger then e-vgt yan (my own opinion lang po).

    from Hyundai.com

The all-new R eVGT (short for Electronic Variable Geometry Turbocharger) dramatically improves power output while allowing it to be more environment-friendly as it is more fuel efficient and releases less harmful emissions.

The eVGT is an innovative engine technology that electronically monitors exhaust gases to help precisely control the turbine vanes and minimize turbo lag, fuel consumption and boost-threshold.

Despite being diesel-powered, the R eVGT has been designed to run quietly thanks to the third-generation common rail system developed by Bosch. It also has an internal steel silent timing chain that drives the dual overhead camshaft, making the engine run more efficiently while at the same time making it more durable and easier to maintain.

just had my longest trip last week end. pangasinan with 18 km/l and tinest ko rin 150kph. wanted to go higher. sinita lang ako ni misis hehe...

Question lang. at what rev ba most efficient ang accent? 1800? at 150kph nasa 3k na rev.

sa mga test for fuel economy usually 80KPH ang average speed regardless of engine rpm. Subukan nyo po sa ganyang speed and post po dito ang fuel consumption para sa kaalaman ng lahat. Thanks

yung sa pinsan ko (6m/t) nung pumunta kami pa-norte 120-130kph * 1950-2050rpm at * 6th gear. so maybe 150kph sa m/t would be around 2400-2600rpm

    100kph * 1800rpm
    150kph * 3000rpm

Assuming linear yung increase ng speed vs rpm, tumatakbo ka na ng 200kph at redline rpm!

Magugulat na lang siguro yung mga SUVs na oovertakan nito
