Im not sure if im correct madami na daw na modified or na downgrade na parts yung 2009-2011 na models is this true?

For the 2.0S, yes. Na-aawa ako sa mga kumuha ng 2009-2011 2.0S, 30K lang binawas sa price pero more than 100K yung worth ng features na inalis.

Nung 2009, 1.8S na pinaka-sulit.

Is 350k good for a decent MMC FD? Or is this cheap, and I should expect alot of issues if priced at this point?

Bring a good mechanic bro to inspect it. There can be a lot of reasons for a seller to give his car area low price.
