Hit sa girls yan especially the egs. hehehe i'm not sure...

Yung eg hatch magaan ang kaha. yung stock engine nya na 1.2 carb e hit ngayon sa taas ng gaso. Though yung mga kinakarerang eg hatches are fitted with b series engines ang now with the k20.

Yung EK hatch is popular kasi because of the Type R mystique. Wala kasing narelease na ganito sa atin. And yes, they scream JDM!

IMO, it's the cheapest cool race car in my standards.

Cars from the Movie The Fast and the Furious:

    Dodge Charger R/T
    Chevrolet Chevelle
    Ford Lightning SVT
    3 Honda Civic 2dr Coupes
    Honda S2000
    Honda Civic
    Mazda RX-7
    Mitsubishi Eclipse
    Mitsubishi Eclipse Spyder
    Nissan Maxima Blue
    Nissan Skyline R33
    Toyota Supra RZ
    Volkswagen Jetta
    Acura Integra GS-R
    Ferrari F355 F1
Nissan 240SX (S14 Silvia) Acura Integra

as you can see, Honda Civic is the cheapest or easy to find car.

Cars from the Movie The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift

    Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VIII
Ford Mustang Fastback (RB26 engine swap)
    Chevrolet Monte Carlo
    Nissan Silvia S15
    Mazda RX-8
    Nissan Fairlady 350Z
    Veilside RX-7
    Nissan Fairlady 350Z
    Nissan Fairlady 350Z
    Nissan Silvia S-13
    Plymouth GTX
    Mazda RX-8
    Mercedes-Benz S-Class
    Volkswagen Golf
    Volkswagen Touran
    Dodge Viper SRT10
    Subaru Impreza WRX STi

    ayy... walang Honda o Toyota

Cute, light and insanely abundant in tuning parts, these hatches are plug-and-play pocket rockets for just about everyone. Too bad there are no PHDM EK hatches.

hatches are in demand because they combine very important items racers and modders look for:

    customizability
    aesthetics
    price

They look nice and very easy to modify. Parts for these are abundant and you can get them almost anywhere in the Philippines. As for modification, most of them are either easy to install or "bolt on". If not, there are a lot of auto shops out there that most probably fabricated something for that. Basically, sky's the limit for mods on this tsikot. The best part of all, it looks cool, sleek, young and sporty. Driving one of these magically makes you feel the same way the car looks like! hehehe! Sa madaling salita, tsikot ng bagets!

despite the fact that the eg hatch is already 14 years old, it can still turn heads. saw a championship white eg hatch with spoon mags, ang ganda pa!

That's why when I get my own car, my first choice is EK Hatch JDM. ok lang kahit Matic, di ko naman siya e-race.

Why Civic Hatches (EK,EG) are so popular?
