July 9th, 2018 02:35 PM #1OK so I just got a second hand civic fd 2011 for everyday use. I was recently told that I need to change the tie rod and rackend as they appear loose. I was quoted 6000 peso for the repair. Today while removing the black rubber boot on the tie rod, there was a lot of oil dripping from it. The guy said that I have a leaky power steering and need to repair the seals... He quoted another 6000. My question is that is there suppose to be oil in there? I don't have any oil leaks at all.
