March 30th, 2006 12:23 PM #2Its a very good car. It only suffers on the looks department.
If looks really matter to you, maybe you could convince your folks to get you its sibling, the Jazz, instead.

we have 2. no complaints from both cars
but if you really want to tune out your ride in the future (and dont want to have any hassle or problems tuning it with aftermarket or OEM stuffs), just wait for the facelifted jazz to be released 2nd quarter of this year.
mas mataas ng konti ang fuel consumption ng city against the jazz, because the city is slightly heavier than the jazz because of its boot.

Actually, in fuel consumption, we've seem nearly identical numbers for the City and Jazz... it's not a significant difference.
And the 2006 doesn't look bad at all. Not drop-dead-guwapo, but not as "ipis" as the older car (no offense... I wanted to buy it but my boss called it "ipis" and nixed the buy!).
Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

March 30th, 2006 10:07 PM #5I think its a very nice gift for graduation. You're so lucky to receive a gift like that. It has more space, flexible passenger seat and very economical sa gas. Not that bad looking as what others thought about it. May be they are just too conservative to accept new design concept.

March 31st, 2006 02:59 PM #10kung di ka naman pinapapili at di naman ikaw sasagot ng maintenance, wag ka nang umangal! hulog na ng langit yan! hehehehehe
seriously, in terms of reliability, fuel efficiency and utility, sulit na sulit na yan. it would be a good first car.Last edited by coiter; March 31st, 2006 at 03:06 PM.
Could also be due to the high demand that the manufacturer prioritized new car deliveries vs. spare...
