February 19th, 2009 02:39 PM #1Would any CR-V owners confirm whether the fuel tank capacity of a 1998 Honda CR-V MT is actually 58 Liters. Will be filling the tank until the automatic stop but like the SiR Honda Philippines may have re-spec the CR-V with a different capacity fuel tank.
Salamat po!

Also 58 liters, AFAIK. Usable capacity is about 85-90% of that, based on the Honda's we've owned. When you're down to around 10-15%, the low fuel indicator would light up.

58L is correct. Per my experience, everytime i fill up to the max after the warning light had blink, it takes around 48-49 ltrs which mean's the warning blink at about 10 liter left.

February 20th, 2009 11:56 AM #4I was able to fill up 51.xx Liters last night. It appears that the 10 liter limit is true while on the Civic it starts warning at 5 liters.
If purely for City driving then get the Emax7. since you already have other cars for longer drives....
