magpapapalit sana ako ng engine ng hatchback kaso i dont know nothing

about honda engines may nag advise sakin na either B16 daw or PH16 daw

palagay ko! anu po ba pinagkaiba nung both engines and kung anu mas

maganda lagay sa hatchback. Thanx Po

PH16 = SOHC, 125 HP (mura)

B16 = DOHC, 160HP (mahal)

PH16 is the local version of the D16 engine ng honda. Tama si wrcastro_ph, around 120hp ang output nito. Merong VTEC and non-VTEC versions na lumabas.

B16 naman, you basically have 2 choices, B16A or B16B.

B16A:
# Displacement: 1595 cm3
# Compression: 10.4:1
# Power: 168 hp * 7800 rpm & 116 ft·lbf * 7300 rpm

B16B:
# Displacement: 1595 cm3
# Compression: 10.8:1
# Power: 187 hp (137 kW) * 8200 rpm & 118 ft·lbf (160 N·m) * 7500 rpm

Masmahal syempre ang B16 series engine kaysa PH16. Ang surplus ng PH16 mga 20k or so. B16 series will burn you for 80k above.

b16 na para pasok ka ng 14's sa 1/4 mile! hehehe... matulin! kaso make sure n mag uupgrade ka rin ng brakes dahil mahihirapan ung stock brakes mong awatin ang b16!

Oo nga mag B16 ka na lang.Huwag ka magnon vtec mabibitin ka lang tulad ko..hehe..Gawin mong carb para pasok ng mga less than 13 sec baka nga 11 sec pa..
